### **A Miracle Week – Four Leases in One Day and the Hand of God at Work**
Sometimes in business you experience a good week. And then there are weeks that can only be described as a miracle.
On a single Wednesday, our team signed four leases—each over 2,000 square feet.** It was an extraordinary moment that left all of us in awe. The momentum didn’t stop there. Just five days later, we closed on the **sale of a large building**, followed soon after by another office sale.
In just **five days, we generated nearly 30% of our income for the entire year.** There is no way to explain that except as the favor and blessing of God.
And then something happened this week that reminded us again how perfectly God orders our steps.
We had just learned that **Suite 130 at the 580 Building** had been leased. I informed a prospective client that the space was no longer available, and we began to go our separate ways. I was already driving back to the office when a thought came to me: *Suite 200 would be relocating into 130—meaning Suite 200 would soon be open.*
I immediately made a U-turn and called the client back. I told them, “There may be another opportunity—let me check it out.” The building owner said not to worry about that suite because the move might not happen for four months or more. But I felt led to look anyway.
I walked into the 2,000-square-foot former law office—and it was beautiful. I called the clients right then and said, “You need to see this now.” At that very moment, they were already coming up the elevator.
Within minutes, we all fell in love with the space. The deal came together almost instantly. What normally takes weeks happened in **just moments.** It was as if everything had been arranged ahead of time.
There is no other way to describe it—this was a powerful move of God.
His timing, His direction, His favor.
We are grateful beyond words for these blessings, for our clients, and for the opportunities to serve. This week will be remembered as a testimony of faith, hard work, and the amazing way God opens doors no one can shut.
