Great Way to End The Year 2025 Thank God
About two weeks ago, our team that dedicates time to prayer three times a week for one hour per day felt led to increase that commitment by an additional **15 minutes of prayer every business day**.
That same week, on a Wednesday, we **signed four lease deals in one day**, all **over 2,000 square feet** on **three- to five-year terms**. The following week, we also **closed a $1.45 million sale** as the listing agent for an owner who had been unable to secure an offer above $1 million prior to our involvement.
We are ending the year with a strong month and **three additional medical businesses currently working through Letters of Intent**.
We are grateful for the momentum, the teamwork, and the many blessings along the way.
