Our Journey
The mission of the ministry builds on the legacy of Office Leasing Inc
For more than 36 years, Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ has helped transform people into a vibrant, connected, and culturally rich team of young adults.
This legacy now includes significant philanthropic investments in upcoming projects such as AI for real estate and the marketing company Advanced Premium Services.
“For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God.”
Hebrews 3:4

9 New Air-Conditioning Units
Our giving also extended to the people who help make our work possible. We gave 9 brand-new air-conditioning units to our team members, bringing greater comfort and showing our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
Building a Home
A Place of Her Own for Julie
Julie is our architect. She creates the floor plans for our properties.
When she was struggling to find a decent place to stay, we told her we would fund the building of her own home—and she built it.
She’ll never pay rent, and she’ll never pay a mortgage for the rest of her life.
Building a Home
Helping Jonah Build a Home of Her Own
This picture captures part of Jonah’s home taking shape in the Philippines—what we believe was the beginning of her second floor. We provided the funds, and she hired the people she needed and built it the way she wanted.
It was a blessing to help her create a place she could make her own, built with her choices, her dreams, and our love and support.
We affectionately nicknamed her “Spend Too Much,” but we always told her, “Buy what you want to make it a real home.”
Grateful to God for the opportunity to share our blessings—with our team, our communities, and the next generation.
